About This Project
Across two engagements at Stedin, a Dutch energy grid operator, I significantly extended and improved their Sitecore 7.2 platform. Projects ranged from customer-facing features to back-office automation.
During the first engagement (2016–2017), I built a SignalR-powered live web chat to offload the call center, implemented digital invoicing, built an Angular-based appointment rescheduling system, and set up fully automated production deployments. I also implemented a FAQ section and a system for creating HTML email templates inside Sitecore.
In the follow-up engagement (2017–2018), I extended the live web chat by integrating it with Stedin's customer service care systems and improved the flow for rescheduling smart meter installation appointments — a high-volume, high-impact customer journey.
